Directions and pickup

We ship from our studio to your addresses with tracking, right to your door. We do not offer in person pickup or a local retail showroom.

Returns are accepted on unused, non personalized items within 30 days. Personalized pieces follow our standard approval policy. Every order arrives gift ready with minimal plastic.

Yes, we can center the map on your exact spot. Share an address or coordinates at checkout, or email us at trip@maritimetribes.com.

Can I add a house name or boat name
Yes! Add a short line of text and we will typeset it to match the design in the title block of the map.

What size works over a console table
Our map scrolls are 22” x 30”. Measure the space and leave a few inches of margin.

Do you offer gift notes / gift wrap
Yes, you can check the “Gift Option’ box for both gift wrapping and gift message. We will print your note and omit pricing.

How fast can you ship?

Our “Ship next day” (https://maritimetribes.com/collections/ships-next-day) collection is in stock and ready to ship next business day. Any other selection will be made to order and takes 5 working days.

Are your blankets soft?

Very! Customers rave about our silk-touch fleece and sherpa-lined throws. They’re warm, cozy, and beautifully printed.

Where are your products made?

We design, print, cut. sew and ship everything from our studio from the c. 1845 Metacomet Mill in Fall River, MA. Most of our base textiles are imported overseas.
