How Safe Harbor Savannah turned a local nautical chart into a memorable gift for employees and VIPs.

That was the idea behind a recent custom project Maritime Tribes created for Safe Harbor Savannah Yacht Center in
Savannah, Georgia: 80 custom map blankets created as gifts for employees and VIPs.
A gift they'll keep
But rather than simply putting a corporate logo on a standard promotional product, Safe Harbor chose something much more personal (and useful) - a blanket featuring a nautical chart of the waters surrounding Savannah - the perfect marina / yacht club gift.
Safe Harbor Savannah Yacht Center is a major superyacht service and refit facility on the Savannah River, with extensive dockage and infrastructure serving large yachts and their crews.
For the people who work there, the surrounding waterways aren't simply lines on a chart. They're part of everyday life.
And that's exactly what makes a map such a powerful starting point for a gift.
